And now introducing (drum roll please!) Saturdays, Saturdays, Saturdays, at the library...
Wii gaming!!!
On the last Saturday of each month (well, except the penultimate Saturday in April), we've secured the Constitution Room from 2-4 PM for some awesome Wii game play! We've got a Wii, a big screen projector (which makes the split screen in Mario Kart way more viewable!), a couple of Wiimotes, and Wii Sports and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We will hopefully also be acquiring Mario Kart and a couple of Wii wheels. So, with all this made of awesome Wii stuff, we bring you games!
Since we and the Wii are newbies @ the library, we need you guys to 1) come to the library and play (we promise you don't have to check out books if you don't want to!) and 2) spread the word that we have cool stuff like a Wii @ the library and bring your friends!

Bring yourself and your friends and play! If we have a bunch of people (and we will, right guys?!), we'll play best two out of three or single elimination rounds. If you're a Wii newbie, this is your chance to get some experience before the tournament. No pre-registration required, just show up!
Practice Super Smash Bros. Tournament
April 18th, 2:00 PM
Practice tournament, with practice prizes - ginormous candy bars for our champion and 1st and 2nd runner-ups! Rules, registration, and qualifying, elimination and prize round info TBA closer to April.
The (official) Super Smash Bros. Tournament
May 30th, 2:00 PM
The official tournament, complete with official prizes (TBA) for the champion and 1st and 2nd runner-ups! Official rules TBA after the practice tournament in April (so we can fix any glitches or unfairness!).
And hey, if you guys want to help plan fab future tournaments, join the Teen Advisory Board! The first meeting of the TAB is Thursday, January 15th at 7 PM.
