Catherine Gilbert Murdock, author of Dairy Queen (one of my favorites!), and The Off Season will be at Boswell Books on the East Side (where the Downer Avenue branch of the Harry W. Schwartz bookstore used to be). She'll be promoting her latest teen novel, Front and Center, which continues the story of my favorite Wisconsinite farm girl and basketball player, D.J.
