Attention all Teen Writers:
Tuesday October 20th from 7-8:30 PM the West Allis Public Library is hosting a writers workshop, just for you. There will be time to work on current projects as well as time to share your work with both small groups, and the large group. You are welcome to bring your works in progress to work on and get opinions from other teens.
There will be a little bit of time spent on our October Book Review Contest, so bring your ideas for the book reviews as well. Not sure if you want to enter? I'll have tips and suggestions that may make you change your mind. (And the contest prizes include a $25 gift card to a bookstore, as well as some cool writers kits, for those of you not sure if you want to enter).
All you need to bring is a notebook, pen and your great ideas!
