A Night of Awesome (The Fault in Our Stars Movie Event) June 5th

In just one month from today, we are going to celebrate all things John Green in anticipation of the movie release of The Fault in Our Stars. Whether you've cried with Hazel, contemplated the math behind why you only date girls named Katherine, went to find someone who didn't want to be found, wrote a musical based on your life, or went to boarding school to meet the great perhaps, this event is for you.

What are we going to do? Well, we are going to do what all good Nerdfighters do, and make the world a better place! We'll have a few ideas how you can make your community better, including a food drive for families on our community. If you are able, bring a non-perishable food item to donate.

We'll also have trivia based on all of John Green's books, as well as some other trivia based on Crash Course! Yes there will be prizes, and they will most likely be John Green books.

What do you need to do to attend this AWESOME event? If you want to be sure you can enter the constitution room on June 5th at 7 PM, register at the library now. If you're not sure, you can wait. We'll let people with tickets in first, and if there is space we'll let everyone else in. Oh, and this event is open to teens, ages 12-18 or those students in grades 6-12 who live in Milwaukee County.

Final details, the event will be from 7-8:30 PM in the library constitution room.
