Next Week: Teen Summer Reading and The Fault in Our Stars!

It's (almost) here! Next week we have two BIG events for teens.

First, Summer Reading Starts! That's right, starting Monday June 2nd, count all the pages you read, come to the library for a reading log and start being rewarded for reading. Have to finish two books for school? Those pages count! Have you been waiting to read The Fault in Our Stars, there's 318 pages. Are you going to listen to Harry Potter on a car trip with the fam? Listen to Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone will get you 309 pages. Stop by the library information desk starting June 2nd for information on the reading program and other awesome summer reading programs.

Secondly, Thursday, June 5th at 7 PM we will be taking over the constitution room in celebration of The Fault in Our Stars movie! We'll celebrate all things John Green, Nerdfighters and try to make the world a more awesome place. If you know you are coming, stop by the library to register for this event. We have tons of space open and want to see you there! (Reminder, this event is for teens, ages 12-18 or those students in grades 6-12.)

So come to the library next week, either to get signed up for summer reading or to get ready for The Fault in Our Stars on the big screen!

I'll see you @ the library!
Katie
