November Events

It's November already! The leaves are falling, the weather is turning, and stores are confused as to whether Thanksgiving or Christmas comes first on the calendar.

Here at the West Allis Public Library we know exactly what holiday comes first: the movie release of the movie Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I. On Thursday November 20th we are going to break out all things Hunger Games to celebrate the movie release. There will be trivia, Mockingjay crafts and other related activities! No registration is required for this event, so stop by the constitution room from 7-8:30 PM on Thursday November 20th.

We also have our last Friday Fun until after the new year on Friday November 21st from 3:30-5:50 PM. We'll have out the Wii (and hey, maybe even a just for kicks tournament for some candy prizes. Who doesn't like candy?) Or just come and hang out with us @ the library!

Like always, these programs are open to teens (those of you ages 12-18) who live in Milwaukee County!
