Hey look, we've got some Teen Events!
The next Friday Fun will be Friday March 25th from 3:30-5:30 PM. Need a place to hang out after school? Then check out our Friday Fun event! This week we'll have the normal games and snacks, but instead of the Wii, we'll have a movie for you to watch. Other Friday Fun Events will be April 22nd and May 20th.
April is Poetry Month, so of course we are having a night for poetry! April 14th from 7-8 PM we'll celebrate by writing and sharing poetry. Take a page from a favorite book, black out the words you don't need, and voila' poem! We'll have a few more poems to make as well!
Finally AUTHOR VISIT! That's right, it's spring and West Allis is lucky enough to have an awesome AUTHOR EVENT! Ally Condie, best known for the Matched series, will be here (with thanks to Boswell Books) to talk about her new book Summerlost!
Don't forget, Summer Reading starts June 1st!
