Bookish Distractions: Library Closed Memorial Day Weekend!

What are you going to do this Memorial Day Weekend while the library is closed? That's right, we close on Friday May 27th at 6 PM, and won't open until Tuesday the 31st at 12. Here are some bookish distractions to keep you busy!

If you loved  Beauty and the Beast as a kid (or never stopped loving it),then you will not want to miss the first live action trailer, starring Ms Emma Watson as Belle. Buzzfeed breaks down the trailer for you!

Epic Reads has their list of June's anticipated books, highlights include the last I Am Number Four book, United as One, and a You Know Me Well, by Nina LaCour and David Levithan.

Epic Reads also has an inside look at the new Veronica Roth book, Carve the Mark.

Awesome author Maggie Steifvater lets readers inside some of her favorite books, movies and music. The article was in Entertainment Weekly a while ago, and it's a enlightening read!

Finally, fans of Marissa Meyer's Lunar Chronicles can look forward to a Graphic Novel that takes place in the world of Cinder and gang, called Wires and Nerve. Here's a preview, and the book comes out next January!

Have a Happy Memorial Day Weekend, and I'll see you @ the library next week!
Katie
