Summer Teen Events!

Now that summer is off to a ROARING start, how about some teen events?

First up we are keeping up with Friday Fun program on Friday June 23rd, from 3:30-5:30. This is time to just use the library as a place to hang out. Bring your friends, and we'll have some snacks and games out for you to play. There might even be coloring sheets or a craft to do! All Friday Fun events are for students going into grades 6-12.

Secondly, our first Teen and Tween Event will be June 29th from 6:30 to 8. We will be making Candy Sushi, or taking things like Rice Krispy treats, Fruit Rollups and Swedish fish to make things that look like sushi but taste like candy. Delicious is what I say. This program is for those students going into grades 4-12.

Finally if you want something to do TODAY (June 16th, 2017), we will be showing a movie in the Library Constitution room from 2:30-4 PM. This is for patrons of all ages. (Click here to find out the title of the movie, yes there are odd rules about how we can publicize this.)

Want to know more about what's happening @ the library this summer? Stop in and pick up our Green events flier, or check out the library calendar on line!

Don't forget. this July we will be starting our 5 week Writers Camp!

I'll see you @the library!
Katie
