Did you know that the West Allis Public Library is 110 years old? That's right, and to celebrate we are going to have a library party, complete with cake, games and prizes!
Stop in the library every day starting Monday December 4th through Sunday December 10th and enter our daily trivia contest for chances to win daily grab bag prizes, along with three grand prizes. Don't worry if you don't know the right answer, all entries count towards a prize!
Also, we'll have our grand Star Wars celebration on Thursday December 7th, starting at 6:30 PM. We'll have Star Wars themed games, crafts, snacks and yes even more prizes! I'll preview those closer to the event, but I'll just say they are very Fun...ko.
Saturday afternoon there will be an open house where you can learn a little bit about the library, and even take a tour. There is a rumor there will be cake!
So make plans to stop in the library at least a couple of times from December 4-10, and remember to say Happy Birthday!
