Here are the events @ the library for Teens this July:
Writers Camp:
We still have two more sessions
of our yearly Teen Writers Camp! July 5th will be all about Poetry, and July 12
will be editing, revising and writing games. All sessions are 2-3 PM in the
Library Constitution Room, and for those authors going into grades 6-12.
Random Fandom:
Get out your boom boxes and get
ready to rock old school with our Pop Music 1950-2000 Random Fandom! We'll have
crafts, trivia and of course some old time rock 'n roll. This event is for
rockers and rollers going into 4-12 grades, and will take place July 17th from
2:30-4 PM.
Friday Fun:
Looking for someplace to hang
out this summer? Why not check out the library! One Friday a month we open up
the Constitution Room for games, snacks and hang out time! Bring your friends
and hang out! Friday Fun is just for students going into grades 6-12, and will
be July 20th from 3:30-5:30 PM.
Pop-Up Library:
Don't forget to visit the
library at various Pop Up Library Events this summer! We'll be at all kinds of
West Allis Events, with chances to win prizes, register for summer reading, and
say hello to library staff! Check out the library Facebook
page for where we will be every week! Pop Up Library Events are for
everyone
