July is here, and we are in the middle of Summer Reading! Over 300 teens have registered to read this summer and get rewarded. Many of you are off to a great start, with over 70 readers picking up their Summer Reading Coupons. If you haven't gotten to that 200 minutes read yet, here are some suggestions for you!
First off, why not try a book horoscope! Find your astrological sign, and whether you believe in what these signs mean or not, it's a fun way to get a recommendation for a new book! 99 Days by Katie Cotugno was recommended for me, and I might just give it a try! (Epic Reads)
Another great place to look for what to read next is the New Books. We keep all of our new Teen Titles as the library on top of the YA book collection, so you can see what is new for you! Brightly is a great source for book lists of all sorts, and here is their list of Summer 2019 YA reads. It starts out on theme with our A Universe of Stories summer reading theme, and goes from there. Aurora Rising by Amie Kaufman has been on many lists, so maybe it's time to pick that title up!
