Teen Summer Reading @ the Library!

It's time for Teen Summer Reading!

First off, teen summer reading is for students going into grades 6-12. If you are going into 6th grade, you can choose between the teen and the kids program, but you must choose one*!

Count the minutes you spend reading. Every 200 minutes you read, earns entries into the monthly and grand prize drawings! If you want to earn more entries, write book reviews! You'll earn an extra entry for every 2 book reviews you write! Just a FYI, entries go up to 2000 minutes and 10 book reviews.

When you read 200 minutes, you can come to the library and pick out a free book! We have over 200 new books for teens this summer!

Every month we will pick two winners from every teen who tracked minutes read or wrote book reviews. Then at the end of the program, we'll pick 4 grand prize winners for $25 gift cards!

To register either call the library at 414-302-8500 or, or online at westallislibrary.beanstack.org . You can track on line, or track your reading now, and pick up a reading log when we open.

Happy Summer Reading!

*The BIG difference between the Kids and Teen program, is prizes. This year, Kids get a book when they register for the program, and Teens get a book when they read 200 minutes
