Teen Mental Health Break: May 17th 6:30 PM


Do you feel like you need a break? Why not take a mental health break!

As part of Mental Health Awareness Month we are having a special Teen event focusing on stress reducing techniques, including making stress balls, journaling, and figuring out healthy ways we can handle stress in our lives.  

This event is for students going in 6-12 and will take place May 17th from 6:30-7:30 PM in the library's Constitution Room. Registration is open over at westallislibrary.org/events or by calling the library at 414-302-8500.
