Here are the Teen Events this July at the West Allis Public Library!
*Lit Loot Registration Opens July 1st: Sign up for a box with a library books, and a few fun surprises! On July 15th, you stop in the library and get a box with a book and some fun extras. When it's time to return the book and box, you keep the stuff! Sign up starting today by stopping in the library or calling 414-302-8500.
*Random Fandom: Marvel, July 7th, 2-3:30 PM: In anticipation of Thor: Love and Thunder, and appreciation of all things in the MCU we are bringing back Random Fandom! We'll have games, crafts and trivia all about your favorite Marvel characters. Register by stopping in the library, calling or online: westallislibrary.org/events
*Dungeons and Dragons, July 9th, 2-4 PM: From novices to expert Dungeon Masters, join us for an excellent quest! Join us on Discord to prepare for this journey, and register, so not to miss out on the fun! Anime Club, July 12, 6:30 PM: Whether you are an Anime aficionado, or just curious what the fuss is about, stop in for the library's Anime Club! Join the discussion on what to watch over on the Teen Discord, or vote when you get to the meeting! No registration is required for this drop in event, and most Anime is rated ages 14+.
Friday Fun, July 22, 3:30-5 PM: It's time for the original hang out at the library program, Friday Fun! We put out games, including the Nintendo Switch, snacks, and coloring sheets, you show up! Bring friends or make new ones! There is no registration for this drop in event.
Pageturners, July 26th, 2-3 PM: Looking for a quiet place to read? Why not come to the library! Pageturners is our monthly teen reading program, where we meet up and read together! This month, we'll share some favorite books that you might want to check out!
*Random Fandom: Pokémon, July 28th, 2-3:30 PM: Have you caught 'em all yet? In honor of the 25th anniversary of Pokémon, we are having a celebration! Be sure to sign up over at westallislibary.org/events to ensure your spot in this Random Fandom!
