March Events at the West Allis Public Library

 


Here are  your March 2023 events for Teens at the West Allis Public Library.

Duel and Dice, March 4th, 2-3:30 PM: We might play Dungeons & Dragons, Munchkin, or even Magic the Gathering! Come prepared to join in on some nerdy fun! No registration required for this event, and be sure to check out the new time!

TAB, March 7, 4:30-5:30 PM: We have a Teen Advisory Board! At our first official meeting we will start planning activities for the spring and summer, and share YA book reviews. For more information about TAB, head over to the library's TAB web-page! westallislibrary.org/227/Teen-Advisory-Board

Friday Fun, March 10, 3:30-5 PM: Or should I saw MAR10! Join us for a special Friday Fun celebrating our favorite Nintendo Character! We'll still have games, including the Nintendo Switch, as well as some snacks and coloring sheets, all with a Mario twist. Teens in grades 6-12 are welcome to hang out for some or all of the time.

Anime Club, February 14th, 6:30-7:30 PM: Meet us in the Constitution room to watch anime favorites and discuss the manga you’re reading. Most episodes are for a suggested audience of ages 14+. Registration is not necessary. 

Teen Art Club, March 21st, 7-8 PM: Teens looking for an artistic outlet, this event is for you!This month we will have 3 weaving projects for you to work on, as well as supplies to draw. Of course, if you want to work on your own project, feel free to bring sketchbooks, knitting projects, or anything you can carry into the room!
