Michael L. Printz Award is the big award for teens, it goes to the book published for teens that is excellent. This years winner is the Graphic Novel, March Book Three by John Lewis, Andrew Aydin and Nate Powell.

Honors went to: Asking For It by Louise O'Neill, The Passion of the Dolssa by Julie Berry, Scythe by Neal Shusterman and The Sun is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon.

March Book Three also took home a Corretta Scott King Award, recognizing an African-American author and illustrator. It was also awarded a YALSA award for Excellence in Nonfiction for Young Adults and a Robert F. Siebert Informational Award (informational books for children). It must be a truly excellent book to win all those awards!
